Parnell is one of Auckland’s prestige suburbs, and while its exclusive number of houses may range in style from chic apartments, to renovated cottages, grand period homes and sprawling luxury dwellings, the residents are all fashionable, and well-heeled. This is also one of Auckland’s handiest suburbs – just 5-10 minutes of walking puts you in the heart of the CBD. At its heart runs Parnell Road, edged with up-market boutiques, welcoming cafes, art galleries and cobbled courtyards.

Many would say this is the true heart of Auckland; certainly residents have all they need right on their doorsteps.
