Mike Adams

Mike is based in Bayleys Viaduct Harbour office in Auckland’s CBD, as a Senior Broker in the commercial and industrial team, specialising in the sales and leasing of commercial and industrial properties throughout the Auckland region and beyond.


Since joining Bayleys in 2005 Mike has been involved in the sales of a wide range of real estate including tenanted investments, commercial development sites, industrial buildings, commercial leases, residential waterfront properties, lifestyle properties, farms etc.


These sales/leases have included properties in the wider Auckland area, Auckland’s CBD City Fringe, West Auckland, North Shore, East Tamaki, Manukau, extending as far as Pukekohe, Tairua, Waiheke Island, Christchurch and even Great Barrier Island.


Prior to joining Bayleys, Mike was employed for over 17 years by the Giltrap Group including 8 years as General Manager of Giltrap Prestige and Independent Prestige in Great North Road.


Originally joining Bayleys in the C&I investment sales team in the East Tamaki/Manukau office, Mike quickly achieved a significant degree of sales success including the highly publicised Renault automotive site in Greenlane.


In January 2007 Mike accepted the role as Sales Manger of Bayleys Howick residential office brining to this position skills commensurate with his previous management roles.

Mike has an extensive database of personal contacts built up over 25 plus years in the sales business, and has utilised these contacts to secure many successful listings and sales results. A large number of these results have been achieved through auction and tender campaigns run through Bayleys “Total Property” portfolio.


A large part of Mike’s success is the real estate can be attributed to his ability to interact with people of all levels, his understanding of the property market as a whole and his commitment to ensuring an outcome is achieved.
