Mike AdamsMike is based in Bayleys Viaduct Harbour office in Auckland’s CBD, as a Senior Broker in the commercial and industrial team, primarily specialising in the sales and leasing of commercial and industrial properties throughout the Auckland region and beyond. Since joining Bayleys in late 2005 Mike has been involved in a wide range of real estate transactions including tenanted investments, commercial development sites, industrial buildings, commercial leases, residential, waterfront properties, lifestyle properties, farms etc. These sales and leases have included properties in the wider Auckland region such as Auckland’s CBD, City Fringe, West Auckland, North Shore, East Tamaki, Manukau and extending as far as Whangarei, Kaitaia, Pukekohe, Tairua, Waiheke Island, Christchurch and Great Barrier Island. Prior to joining Bayleys, Mike was employed for over 17 years by the Giltrap Group including 8 years as General Manager of both Giltrap Prestige and Independent Prestige in Great North Road, Grey Lynn, and retains very strong links to the automotive industry and the key people within it. After leaving the Giltrap Group in 2005 Mike initially joined Bayleys in the C&I investment sales team based in the East Tamaki/Manukau office, and quickly achieved a significant degree of sales success including the highly publicised Renault automotive site in Greenlane. In early 2007 Mike was appointed Sales Manger of Bayleys Howick residential office, and in mid 2009 accepted an offer to join the Senior Investment team at Bayleys Maritime Square office, allowing him to further utilise his expertise and database within the commercial and industrial environment. Mike has an extensive database of personal contacts built up over 25 plus years in the sales profession and has utilised these contacts towards securing many successful listings and sales results with a large number of these results having been achieved through dedicated auction and tender campaigns, many run through Bayleys market leading nationwide “Total Property” portfolio. A large part of Mike’s success in real estate can be attributed to factors including his ability to interact with people of all levels, an understanding of the property market as a whole along with a commitment to ensuring an outcome is achieved and a dedication to superior marketing campaigns and sales strategies. |
