Allie Allen

Allie Allen is our Senior member of the Bayleys St Heliers team. She lives in the eastern suburbs, having resided in Kohimarama, Orakei, and for the last 28 years in Lammermoor Drive, St Heliers, a time span providing an excellent knowledge of the local community and it's real estate market. She is married and has two adult children.


Allie worked as a legal PA for many years, gaining valuable knowledge of conveyancing procedures and its laws, successfully applying this valuable knowledge before beginning real estate in 1994, and following a move to Bayleys in 1996, she achieves over 90% success rate in her sales and marketing. Having won numerous Salesperson of the Year awards, and office based awards over this period, she is a dedicated professional in the highly competitive and aggressive world of today’s real estate.

She prefers to limit her number of active campaigns to no more than five at one time, ensuring that her vendors receive constant communication, feedback, detailed marketing reports, and up to date information regarding the sale process.
