The essential ingredients for maximising the value of your home are great negotiating skills, the ability to understand people’s needs and aspirations, the knowledge of what to use to expose your home to the most potential buyers and the intelligence to know and advise on what is happening in the marketplace.

Prior to working in real estate, I worked in a variety of senior management roles in the engineering industry and in international trade negotiation. After a number of years living in both North & South America I returned, with my family, to New Zealand in 2005. Highly motivated, my key strength is building relationships and, inherently trust, at all levels. I am enjoying using those skills, along with indulging my passion for architecture here at Bayleys.

I joined Bayleys because of the synergy between what the company demands and what I would expect as a client. I only work on one or two properties at any time because I believe in giving everything I have to ensuring I get the best price for you. I thrive on negotiation and the thrill of seeing a sale through to the point of excitement when the new owners move in.

The marketing of a property is absolutely paramount and my background in marketing and love of photography blend to ensure that your home will stand out in the crowded pages of the property market publications.

I live in St Heliers, hence my area of focus is the eastern suburbs. I have a BSc from Auckland University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Victoria University.

If you are selling or buying, it is important to work with someone with the ability to understand and interpret the rapidly changing trends we are seeing.

“I love what I do and I love where we live and that shows in the energy and enthusiasm I bring to any house sale.”
