Tony ChaudharyTony Chaudhary has only been in real estate for four years but in has already become one of Bayleys’ most successful agents. Based at Bayleys Manukau, he has concluded close to 50 million worth of commercial property transactions and won Bayleys Auckland’s Rookie of the Year award, received by the top achieving salesperson in their first year of real estate, followed by the Salesperson of the Year awards (2009, 2010) for Bayleys Manukau. Tony has quickly become one of Bayleys’ most effective auction salespeople, in some cases securing vendors premiums tens of thousands of dollars above reserve. He has also been involved in a number of substantial tender and private treaty sales, including an industrial property in Fraser Road, Mt Wellington for $9 million and retail property in Mangere for $6.2 million. Tony comes from a business and sales background and much of his success has been based around his huge database of contacts within the Auckland Indian community with whom he has built up a strong level of trust and loyalty.
