David Young

David has been with Bayleys Real Estate since 1985 and has a wealth of experience in the specialised field of Commercial and Industrial investment.

Prior to 1985 David was with Barfoot and Thompson for eight years and has been involved in the real estate industry for 28 years.

As a result of his considerable time spent in real estate, David has built strong relationships with institutional investors, family trusts, developers, the Asian and Indian communities.

He has achieved sales in excess of $225 milllion with Bayleys.

Major transactions concluded by David include the Canterbury Arcade in Queen Street, the Placemakers sites in both Hamilton and East Tamaki. Noel Leeming, Wendys and Blockbuster buildings in Pakuranga.

He has concluded numerous investment sales in the $1 to $5 million price bracket, an area in which he is particularly focused on.
